Please send the Drucker Modell, serial/Serie if available, old part photos, part label, board number, connector photo, cable pin count, dimensions and installed position. Similar-looking Roland VS, VSi, RA, RE, RF, RS, VP and SP parts are not always interchangeable.
Installation Notice
Install with a trained technician. After replacement, run the related service checks for carriage movement, Medienvorschub, encoder alignment, pump suction, capping seal, board communication, cable seating, heater/dryer operation or maintenance-system movement depending on the Teiletyp.
FAQ
Is this Original Roland? Only products or variants explicitly marked Herkunftal are Original or Original-refurbished parts. Products marked Compatible are replacement parts selected by Modell and specification.
Can I order by Drucker Modell only? For wipers, dampers and cap tops, Modell matching is often enough, but for motors, boards, sensors, belts and cables you should confirm the old part label and photos before shipment.
Shipping & Return

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
