Ricoh officially lists GH2220 compatible ink as aqueous and solvent. If a UV Imprimante claims GH2220 compatibility, confirm the exact Imprimante configuration and ink supplier avant commande.

Send the old head label and Imprimante Modèle avant commande. Do not assume GH2220 can replace a Ricoh MH-Série Tête d'impression.
Installation & Handling Notice
Têtes d'impression are precision components. Use trained technicians, antistatic handling, correct cables, clean ink path, matched waveform, stable negative pressure and proper maintenance procedure. Do not touch the nozzle plate or electrical contacts.
FAQ
Can I choose by the name Gen5, Gen6 or Gen5i only? No. Always confirm the exact Ricoh Modèle code on the old Tête d'impression label, such as MH5420, MH5440, MH5320, MH5340, TH5241, MH2420 or GH2220.
Can one Ricoh Tête d'impression replace another Ricoh Modèle? Not automatically. Cable, board, firmware, waveform, ink path, ink port and Imprimante settings may differ.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
