How To Choose

  1. Confirm the Mimaki ink series printed on your current cartridge, pack, or chip.
  2. Select the same capacity as the ink pack or cartridge.
  3. Select the exact color code required by the machine.

Important Notes

This is not ink and it does not change ink chemistry. A wrong chip may not be recognized by the stampante. One-time-use chips cannot normally be reset after the capacity has been consumed or written by the stampante.

Can one chip work for all Mimaki printers? No. It must match the ink series, capacity, color, stampante model, firmware and region version.

Can I reuse the chip? No. This product is sold as a one-time-use chip inchiostro.

What should I send prima dell'acquisto? Send your stampante model, current chip photo, cartuccia inchiostro or pack label, color, capacity, and machine region if known.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
