Installation Notice
Install with the stampante powered off. After replacement, check cable direction, striscia encoder/sensor gap, cartuccia inchiostro or serbatoio di manutenzione recognition and stampante initialization status before production.

What should I confirm before buying?
Send the old part label, stampante model, connector photo, installed position and current fault symptom.
Can one decoder fit every stampante?
No. Similar H9720/H9730/H9740 sensors or Epson cartridge decoders may use different codes, firmware or stampante-series compatibility.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
