Before Ordering
Encoder strips that look similar may differ in length, LPI, width, printed scale position or mounting holes. Please confirm the old strip photo, full length, width, LPI if visible, 프린터 model and both end positions 주문 전.
Installation Notice
Install with the 프린터 powered off. Do not scratch, fold or touch the printed scale area. After replacement, clean the encoder sensor, check carriage movement and run the 프린터 alignment or initialization procedure.
FAQ
Is this the same as an encoder sensor?
No. This product is the 투명 raster 엔코더 스트립 / linear scale. The encoder sensor is a separate reader board.
What should I send if I am not sure?
Send the 프린터 model and clear photos of the old strip, both ends and installed position.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
