Ink Cap Pads

Ink Cap Pads are replacement pads used in capping stations, ink caps and maintenance assemblies. They support printhead sealing, cleaning suction and waste ink absorption during printer maintenance cycles.

Choose cap pads by printer model, printhead platform, pad size, thickness, hole position, notch shape and capping station design. Do not select only by printhead name because cap-top and station structures can vary.

After replacement, check cap sealing, pump suction, waste ink flow, head parking position and nozzle test before production printing.
