Shipping policy

At iColorPro, we supply professional printing consumables, printheads, printer parts, and related equipment for industrial and commercial use. Because our products vary by type, stock condition, destination, and shipping requirements, shipping arrangements may differ from order to order.

1. Shipping Origin

Most products are shipped from China.

Some printhead products may be shipped from Hong Kong depending on stock availability, product type, and logistics arrangement.

The final shipping origin may vary by product and will be based on actual inventory and order confirmation.

2. Order Processing Time

Processing time varies by product category:

  • Printer parts: usually 2-4 business days
  • Printheads: usually 3-7 business days
  • Most inks: usually 2-4 business days
  • Special or low-stock ink models: usually 3-14 business days
  • Printers / machine orders: usually 7-14 business days

Some products may require additional handling time due to stock availability, product sourcing, special packing, hazardous material requirements, or destination-specific shipping restrictions.

3. Special Products and Stock Conditions

Certain special models or low-stock products may require longer preparation time. This may apply to selected Mimaki, AGFA K3, KF5, and similar industrial printing supply items.

If a product requires extended processing time, we may contact the customer for confirmation before shipment.

4. Shipping Carriers

We mainly ship orders through the following carriers:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

The carrier used for a specific order depends on the product type, shipping destination, package size, customs requirements, and logistics availability.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by destination country, customs clearance, flight schedules, local delivery conditions, and carrier operations.

We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date. Estimated delivery timing is for reference only. Final transit time is subject to the actual carrier tracking updates.

Once the order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Duties, taxes, and import-related charges may vary depending on the product type and destination country.

  • Printer parts: duties and taxes are usually covered by us
  • Ink products: for most countries, duties and taxes are usually covered by us; however, in some countries or regions, local regulations may require the buyer to bear such charges
  • Printers / machine orders: duties, taxes, and import charges must be confirmed with the buyer before shipment

If local customs rules require the buyer to pay import charges, the buyer is responsible for complying with such requirements.

7. Printer / Machine Orders

For printer or machine orders, shipment cannot be arranged until the following details are confirmed:

  • Stock availability
  • Configuration
  • Voltage or regional compatibility
  • Shipping cost
  • Duties and import charges

Printer orders may be placed before final confirmation, but shipment will only proceed after all commercial and logistics details have been agreed upon.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and other necessary delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If the package is received damaged, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including:

  • Photos of the outer package
  • Photos of the damaged goods
  • Photos of the shipping label / waybill
  • Order number

We will review the case and provide a solution based on the actual situation.

10. Order Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspection, airline delay, carrier delay, severe weather, public holidays, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure events.
