We sell professional printing consumables, printheads, printer parts, electronic boards, maintenance products, inks, and related industrial printing equipment.

Many of our products are technical, model-specific, and intended for commercial, industrial, or professional use. Customers are responsible for understanding the intended application of the products before purchase.

3. Product Information and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product model, specifications, interface type, and compatibility before placing an order.

We may provide pre-sale assistance and compatibility guidance. However, final purchase responsibility remains with the buyer. If the buyer places an order based on incorrect assumptions, incomplete information, or incorrect compatibility judgment, we are not responsible for resulting losses, non-performance, or refund claims.

5. Printer / Machine Orders

Printer or machine orders must be confirmed before shipment. This confirmation may include:

Even if a printer order is placed through the website, shipment will only be arranged after the relevant commercial and logistics details have been confirmed with the buyer.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, shipping, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

For technical and hygiene/safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or confirmed transit damage occurred. These include but are not limited to:

  • Opened, used, installed, or damaged items

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before shipment.

However, once an order has entered preparation, sourcing, packing, shipping, or special-order processing, cancellation may no longer be accepted.

Shipped orders, special-order items, and custom-configured products cannot be canceled.

10. Transit Damage and Claims

If the goods are damaged in transit, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence, including package photos, damage photos, shipping label photos, and order details.

Failure to report within this period may affect claim eligibility.
