Ink Capping Station
Ink Capping Stations seal printheads during standby and support cleaning suction through the waste ink path. Correct capping station selection is important for nozzle protection, suction recovery and daily maintenance.
Choose by printer model, printhead type, cap-top size, pump connection, station structure, mounting holes and cable or sensor configuration where applicable.
After installation, check head parking position, cap sealing, pump suction, waste ink flow and nozzle test results before production printing.
