Epson C9345 / C12C934591 Maintenance Box is a replacement maintenance tank / waste ink box for compatible Epson inkjet printers. A maintenance tank collects waste ink generated during printhead cleaning, ink charging and maintenance cycles. Replace it before the printer stops because the tank or pad is full.

Before Ordering
Send the printer model, current maintenance tank or waste pad photo, chip/contact side photo, tank shape and any printer error message if you are not sure. For products with chip, decoder or tank options, choose the exact item needed.
Installation Notice
Follow the printer maintenance procedure. Do not tilt a used maintenance tank after removal because waste ink may leak. After replacement, check that the printer recognizes the tank or that any required waste ink counter reset has been completed.
FAQ
Is this the same as an ink cartridge? No. It is a waste ink collection part, not printable ink.
Can I choose only by product code? Product code is important, but the old tank shape, chip/contact position and regional printer model should still be confirmed.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
