For first use, run a small production test to confirm jetting, adhesion, curing, color performance, and abrasion resistance before mass production.

White UV ink contains heavier pigment and can settle over time. Shake, circulate, and maintain white ink according to your printer and ink supplier instructions.

Switching from Another UV Ink

Before changing from another UV ink, flush the previous ink from the ink path, filters, dampers, tubes, and printhead-related supply components. Do not pour this ink into a system that still contains another UV ink formula.
