Send the old part label, printer model, photos of the installed area and the current fault symptom if you are not fully sure. Pumps, filters, valves and tube assemblies can look similar but may use different connectors, flow direction, pressure rating or ink compatibility.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
