NaZdar UV Varnish is a clear UV varnish for UV printers with a varnish / clear channel. It is used for gloss finishing, spot varnish, raised texture, decorative UV effects, and surface protection on tested UV printing materials.
This product is not a color UV ink and should not be treated as a generic coating or material primer. Before ordering, provide your printer model, printhead model, current varnish or ink brand, and main printing material for compatibility confirmation.

Final gloss, adhesion, thickness, and raised effect depend on the varnish layer, curing energy, print mode, material surface, and printer settings. Test before mass production.
Storage & Handling
Shelf life: 12 months. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat and UV light exposure during storage.
Use only in a printer channel designed for varnish / clear liquid. Make sure the ink path, damper, tube, filter, and printhead channel are clean before use.
Switching from Another UV Ink or Varnish
Do not mix this varnish directly with other UV varnish or UV ink formulas. Before switching, clean the varnish channel, filters, dampers, tubes, capping system, and related supply components.

Is this UV varnish the same as UV ink?
No. UV varnish is a clear finishing liquid for gloss, spot varnish, raised texture, and surface protection. It is not a color ink.
Should I call this varnish or coating?
For this product, UV Varnish is the more accurate product name. Coating is broader and can also mean material pre-treatment coating.
Can I use it on any UV printer?
No. Confirm your printhead model and varnish / clear channel setup before ordering.
Can I mix it with another varnish?
No. Different UV varnish formulas should not be mixed directly. Flush the varnish channel before switching.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
