Ricoh MH5320 / MH5340, commonly called Ricoh Gen6, is a high-definition industrial inkjet printhead with enhanced ink compatibility.
Model Identification
MH5320 is the two-color model and MH5340 is the four-color model. MH5320 Type A has no ink port; confirm the exact model before ordering.

Ink System Compatibility
Ricoh lists MH5320 / MH5340 as compatible with UV, solvent, aqueous and other ink systems. It is not automatically interchangeable with Gen5.

Compatibility Confirmation Before Ordering
Confirm whether your printer needs MH5320, MH5340 or MH5320 Type A. Send the old head label, cable type, current ink, printer model and nozzle test before purchase.
Installation & Handling Notice
Printheads are precision components. Use trained technicians, antistatic handling, correct cables, clean ink path, matched waveform, stable negative pressure and proper maintenance procedure. Do not touch the nozzle plate or electrical contacts.
FAQ
Can I choose by the name Gen5, Gen6 or Gen5i only? No. Always confirm the exact Ricoh model code on the old printhead label, such as MH5420, MH5440, MH5320, MH5340, TH5241, MH2420 or GH2220.
Can one Ricoh printhead replace another Ricoh model? Not automatically. Cable, board, firmware, waveform, ink path, ink port and printer settings may differ.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
