Seiko SPT 510-35PL is an industrial drop-on-demand piezo printhead widely used in compatible grand-format solvent, UV and oil-based printers.
This page is for the 35pl SPT510 variant. SPT510 35pl and 50pl versions are not interchangeable because waveform and drop volume differ.

Supplier and service documentation commonly lists SPT510-35PL for solvent, UV and oil-based inks. Confirm the printer's waveform and ink system before purchase.
Used in compatible grand-format signage, billboard, backlit graphics, poster, textile, packaging and industrial inkjet systems.
Confirm the old head label, part number and drop volume before ordering. Do not replace a 50pl SPT510 with a 35pl SPT510 without printer supplier confirmation.
Seiko SPT printheads are precision piezo inkjet components. Use trained technicians, antistatic handling, correct waveform, clean ink path, stable negative pressure and proper flushing procedure. Do not touch the nozzle plate or electrical contacts.
Can SPT508GS, SPT510 and SPT1020 replace each other? No. Confirm the exact SPT model, drop volume, cable, waveform and printer board before replacement.
What should I send before ordering? Send the old printhead label, printer model, ink type, cable photos and nozzle-test status.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
