TaiWan Royaljet P2R2 UV Ink is a soft uv ink for industrial UV inkjet printing. It is intended for professional UV printers using compatible piezo printheads or supported printer models.

Adhesion can vary by substrate, surface treatment, curing energy, ink layer thickness, and printer settings. Test adhesion, curing, and abrasion resistance before mass production.

Storage & Handling
Shelf life: 12 months. Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do not mix this ink directly with other UV ink brands or formulas. Before switching from another UV ink, clean the ink path, filters, dampers, tubes, capping system, and related supply components.
For first use, run a small production test to confirm jetting, adhesion, curing, color performance, and abrasion resistance before mass production.
White UV ink contains heavier pigment and can settle over time. Shake, circulate, and maintain white ink according to your printer and ink supplier instructions.
Switching from Another UV Ink
Before changing from another UV ink, flush the previous ink from the ink path, filters, dampers, tubes, and printhead-related supply components. Do not pour this ink into a system that still contains another UV ink formula.

Can I mix this UV ink with another UV ink?
No. Different UV ink brands or formulas should not be mixed directly. Flush the ink system before switching.
Do you provide MSDS, RoHS, or TDS documents?
Yes. MSDS / SDS, RoHS and TDS documents are available on request where provided by the supplier.
Should I test the ink before mass production?
Yes. Always test jetting, adhesion, curing, color, and abrasion resistance on your actual material and printer settings before mass production.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
