THV05 Neutral UV Ink is an industrial neutral UV ink supplied from a Taiwan ink factory. It is not sold as SAKATA ink. This page is written for customers who need a neutral UV ink for compatible Konica, Ricoh, and Toshiba industrial UV printheads.

Applications & Substrates
THV05 Neutral UV Ink is used for general UV printing on flatbed, roll-to-roll, and hybrid UV printers where a balanced ink film is preferred.
Typical applications include advertising signs, display graphics, packaging samples, decorative panels, custom products, and industrial UV printing projects. Materials may include acrylic, PVC, coated metal, coated glass, plastic board, cardboard, and other tested UV-printable substrates.
Adhesion, flexibility, curing, abrasion resistance, and color performance can vary by material surface, curing energy, ink layer thickness, and printer settings. Test before mass production.
Storage & Handling
Shelf life: 12 months. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat and UV light exposure during storage.
White UV ink contains heavier pigment and can settle over time. Shake, circulate, and maintain white ink according to your printer and ink supplier instructions.
Switching from Another UV Ink
Do not mix this ink directly with other UV ink brands or formulas. Before switching from another UV ink, clean the ink path, filters, dampers, tubes, capping system, and related supply components.

Should I test before production?
Yes. Test jetting, adhesion, curing, color, and abrasion resistance on your actual printer and material before mass production.
Shipping & Return
xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
