CE4M is commonly supplied for UV-curable pigment ink and oil-based pigment ink workflows. Because public Toshiba CE4M documentation is limited, confirm the exact printer configuration before ordering.
Used in compatible UV flatbed, UV roll-to-roll, label, packaging, decorative and industrial printing systems where CE4M is specified.
Send the old head label, printer model, current ink type, cable photos and head board information before purchase. CE4 / CE4M compatibility should be confirmed by machine model, not by nickname only.
Industrial inkjet printheads are precision components. Use trained technicians, antistatic handling, correct cables, matched waveform, clean ink path, stable ink temperature and proper maintenance procedure. Do not touch the nozzle plate or electrical contacts.
Can CE4, CE4M, CF3 and CF3R be interchanged? No. Confirm the exact printhead label, cooling method, drive board, cable and printer firmware before replacement.
What should I send before ordering? Send the old printhead label, printer model, current ink type, cable photos, cooling setup and nozzle-test status.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
