Hard Ink

Hard UV ink is generally used for rigid material UV printing where surface hardness and adhesion on selected hard substrates are important. Typical applications include acrylic, coated metal, rigid plastic sheets, display panels and other tested UV-printable materials.

This collection includes hard UV ink products for compatible Epson, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Toshiba and Mimaki UV printer systems, depending on the specific product. Material adhesion depends on surface treatment, curing energy, ink layer thickness and printer settings.

Do not treat hard UV ink as universal for every rigid material. Test adhesion, curing and abrasion resistance before mass production. MSDS / SDS, TDS and RoHS documents are available on request.
